Terms of Service

Alignment Snapshot — NZD $39 launch price. A personalised written report. There is no appointment. Once your questionnaire information and payment are received, delivery is targeted within one New Zealand business day.

Alignment Session — NZD $150. A 60-minute remote video conversation. A completed Alignment Snapshot is required first. A follow-up personalised guidance report is prepared after the call and emailed to you.

Aligned Energy Healing (Reiki) — NZD $150. A 90-minute appointment available at Aimee's Hamilton space or as a mobile visit within 15 km of Hamilton CBD. The price is the same for either option and travel within 15 km is included. Aimee's private address is provided only to confirmed clients.

Aligned Energy Balance — NZD $75. A focused 30-minute appointment that includes 15 minutes of energy work, with time to settle in and gently integrate. Available at Aimee's Hamilton space or as a mobile visit within 5 km of Hamilton CBD. The price is the same for either option and travel within 5 km is included. Aimee's private address is provided only to confirmed clients.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars. Payment is taken through Stripe at the time of booking. A booking is confirmed only when payment has been completed in full, or when a valid promotion code has brought the amount due to zero, and you have received a confirmation.

Promotion codes are applied at checkout, may be limited in time or number, and cannot be applied after a booking is complete.

• Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
• Appointments can be booked up to one month ahead.
• Only the times shown as available on the booking page can be booked.
• Only one live session is held per day.
• You may ask about a time outside the listed availability. A request is a request only, and is not a confirmed booking until Aimee confirms it and payment is made.

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund or a new time. Within 24 hours of the appointment the fee is non-refundable, as the time has been reserved for you.

If Aimee needs to cancel or move your appointment, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be contracted out of under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

An Alignment Snapshot and a guidance report are personalised digital work. Preparation begins once your information and payment are received, so a change of mind after that point cannot generally be refunded. If something has gone wrong with the service itself, please contact Aimee — your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 still apply and are not affected by this paragraph.

• Give accurate information, including birth details where these are part of the service.
• Be in a private, safe space where you can speak freely.
• Treat Aimee with respect. Sessions may be ended where conduct is abusive or unsafe.
• For remote sessions, arrange your own device, internet connection and a quiet place to take the call.
• For a mobile Reiki visit, provide a safe and suitable home environment, and let Aimee know in advance of any access, parking, animal or safety considerations.
• Services are for people aged 18 and over.
