About the Alignment Collective
The Alignment Collective is a quiet project born from the lived experience of an everyday working mum navigating real-world pressure — parenting, separation, AuDHD, healing, and the slow work of rebuilding a life while holding everything together.
These books weren’t written from a stage or a spotlight.
They were written in the cracks of real life — from the kitchen bench between school runs, from the notes app at 2am, and from the messy middle of days spent balancing motherhood with a demanding professional career.
Influenced by years of personal growth and the teachers who brought her home to herself — Eckhart Tolle, Joe Dispenza, Ra Uru Hu, Bradley Nelson, Louise Hay, Gabor Maté, and many others — she began creating small, grounding practices to navigate emotional overload, regulation, clarity, and self-alignment.
Those practices became the Alignment Method Series: simple, digestible, actually doable tools for real people on real days. Tools to help you breathe, stabilise, reconnect with yourself, and find small moments of clarity when everything feels loud.
The Alignment Collective is a safe, quiet corner of the internet — a place to soften, reset, and return to yourself.
A place built not from perfection, but from lived experience.
A place for people who are carrying a lot, thinking fast, feeling deeply, and trying their best.
